Dr. Myriah Hinchey
Co-Founder

Dr. Myriah Hinchey is the inspiration and driving force behind FOODIE FARMACY™ Prepared Meals. She personally formulates every aspect of each, organic FOODIE FARMACY™ selection based on strict dietary guidelines. While carefully pairing organically grown produce with grass-fed beef, free range poultry and wild-caught fish/seafood. Her meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive approach ensure portion control and a healthy, thoroughly satisfying and delicious experience.

Dr. Hinchey is passionate about life-long learning and pursuing the continuing education that is essential to effective healthcare. She is a Connecticut Licensed Naturopathic Physician, Certified Defeat Autism Now!® (DAN!) Clinician, Lyme Literate Physician and Certified Medical Acupuncturist.

Dr. Hinchey practices integrative naturopathic medicine for the whole family, specializing in the reversal and prevention of Chronic Disease. Dr. Hinchey’s holistic approach relies heavily on the principals of Functional Medicine and Therapeutic Lifestyle Change (TLC), as well as Biomedical treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Pervasive Development Disorder, and ADHD.

Roberto D’Eliseo
Co-Founder

Robert D’Eliseo is the proprietor of Roberto’s Log Cabin in Lebanon, CT—a regional favorite that’s earned a loyal following and numerous awards from the Chronicle, while staying in continuous operation since 1933. D’Eliseo also owns and operates Roberto’s Real American Tavern, East Windsor, CT—earning  accolades from Hartford Magazine shortly after opening in 2015. Additional Roberto’s restaurant locations are in various stages of planning and opening, as well.

Family is everything to Robert—from his beloved wife and two children, to the gracious influence of his parents, aunts and uncles. His family roots are in Roccacasale—located in the Abruzzo Region of Italy. D’Eliseo delights in treating each customer as though a member of his extended family, as well. Learning to cook from his  grandmother, Emma, who lived to the ripe old age of 104—Robert proudly serves her Old World recipes at his restaurants.

Jared. Haggerty
Executive Chef

Jared Haggerty brings his extraordinary background, wealth of culinary knowledge and passion for the art of food to Foodie Farmacy. After graduating from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Scottsdale, Arizona, Jared returned to his East Coast roots—immersing himself in his chosen field. As a Line Cook at Todd English’s Tuscany Restaurant, Jared spent four years working in the renowned chef’s culinary tradition. Soon thereafter, he became Master Cook at Birches Bar & Grill, also at Mohegan Sun Casino.

These experiences ultimately led to his eight-year tenure as Line Chef at Mohegan Sun, preparing meals for VIP events with as many as 2,600 guests. In the course of his time there, Jared was featured with Robert Irvine on the hit Food Network series, Dinner Impossible. He also worked directly with celebrity chefs Bobby Flay, Rocco Dispirito, Betty Fraser, Mary Ann Esposito, Michele Ragussis and Manouschka Guerrier, among many others. Additionally, Jared regularly catered private meals for such stars as Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, Elton John, Jenifer Lopez and Justin Timberlake—among many more.
